Each card has a fun colourful design on the front and a set of movement ideas on the back.

All the exercises can be done seated or standing, you are free to go at your own pace.

Working with organisations and health professionals we continue to make the cards easy to practical to use. 

These cards really helped to lift my spirits and helped me become more active again. It was interesting to see how many easy exercises there are for people like me.
